Young at Heart
The Young at Heart is a ministry for retired adults, but anyone age 50 or older who wants to join us is welcome. We gather on the second Tuesday of every month for a time of Christian fellowship and fun. The past year’s programs have included reports from short-term missions trips, Hymn sings, and slides from Israel. The group also enjoys taking occasional one-day trips during the year. In the past, trips have been made to the Living History Farms in Des Moines, and the Matchstick Marvels Museum in Gladbrook, Iowa. Of course, we always stop at special places to eat while on these adventures!
